If you crave for a real career challenge, why not work for a startup?
No or very few resources to work with (you may have to buy your own pen and paper), often undesirable working hours (you will probably see moon and stars more often than usual), crammed work space (everything is really within reach, literrally), below-average pay scale (did I mention you may have to buy your own pen and paper?) etc etc. But the experience and the taste of success (if any success at all)? Priceless!!
