If people ask me what my startup is about, what should I say. After giving it much thought, my simplest and truest answer would be ‘building relationship’. In fact, I don’t think this answer is exclusive to my startup, but should apply to all startups.
I am helping the users and the business service providers to build a relationship. To make this work, I firstly need to build a good relationship with the users. And then I need to build a good relationship with the partnering business service providers. Last but not least, I need to have an outstanding relationship with the BX team in order to make any of the aforementioned relationships works.
So what is my competitive advantage? The relationships I have built. What is the thing that my would-be competitors cannot replicate? The relationships I have built. And what is the uniqueness that causes the customers to be willing to pay us big bucks? The relationships I have built of course!
So, what is your business really about?
